Question 1: Is it necessary to get NOC before applying?

Answer: NOC is only needed for only those candidates who are doing a Government job and that job starts before the last date of application submission.
Question 2: Is it true that only those candidates will be selected that have first division?

Answer: No, anyone can be selected based on the test and interview result. A candidate with 3rd division may be selected and 1st divisioner may be rejected.

Question 3: Medical certificate is needed?
Answer: No
Question  4: If we applied for lecturer job before 2015, will it be counted in chances?

Answer: Yes, it will be counted no matter you have applied before 2015 or later.

Question 5. How much will be general portion in the test?
Answer: Although PPSC has not mentioned about the portion weightage but approximately it will be 20-25%

Question 6: What is the last date to apply?
Answer: 10th July is the last date

Question 7: How to prepare for the test?Answer: First start preparing the test from your course books then go for Dogar like books and try some online testing websites.

Q: 8 – What is a qualification/experience criterion for Lecturer job?
Ans: For Lecturer Job Qualification required is M.Sc./ Bs(hons) with 2nd division or equivalent degree in relevant subject.

Q:9- Is 3rd division Allowed for lectureship or not ? 
Ans No 3rd Division is only allowed for M.A English with Diploma from Allama Iqbal University
No 3rd division allow for remaining subjects.

Q: 10 B.Ed. Is compulsory or not For lecturer? 
Ans: B.Ed. is professional degree and it required in school level posts like bps 14 , bps 16 bps 17 SS
There is no need of B.Ed. Degree for Lectureship at college level.

Q: 11 Result wait or expected results after due are allowed to apply or not?
Ans: For Applying Lectureship Only complete degree holder can apply. Results waiting or expected after due date 10 July are not eligible to apply. They will be rejected when their documents verified at the time of interview. Because committee check the date of issue and apply date for that job if your degree issued after due date then u will be kick out from whole process.

Q.:12 with expired date C.N.i.C or without CNiC we should Apply or not?
Ans: If your NIC is expired or lost then u have to renewed from Nadra office on urgent basic as soon as possible otherwise you are not eligible to apply. There is no alternative option if you have not your id card.

Q: 13 Only Punjab Domicile Holder can Apply or other provinces allow?
Ans: Only Punjab domicile holder can apply, no seats for other provinces
Domicile certificate of relevant district of Province of Punjab
issued on or before the closing date. If a candidate has
applied for domicile before the closing date for submission of
application and provides a receipt in this regard, his/her
domicile issued after closing date shall be accepted

Q: 14 When PPSC conduct the test? 
An: PPSC will conduct a test after due date of Applying 10 to 15 days Later.

Q: 15 How to Apply? 
First of All go to website: www.ppsc.gop.pk
Where you find Apply online Option Click there. You see a front page where u find a Challan form download it in your Usb and copy from Photo copy shop. Filled it clearly and submitted this Challan form in any branch of state bank or national bank of Pakistan. After submission of Challan along with fee in bank Return to back online Apply option and move with instructions. Proceed with one by one step. Fill all area carefully if you are doubtful take help from your friend’s family or our page team, then go ahead try to avoid any mistake. Scanned all your challan form copy , picture and Cnic in Usb and resize your required document less than 25 kb. Picture resize in paint. Don’t Apply through smart phone or tab, try to apply through laptop or desktop pc. After submitted your Application form take print of your Application Data at the end which for as record. There is no need to send to ppsc. PPsc collect only your information online so there is no need of sending any document’s or hard copy of application form to PPSC mail address.

Q: 16 Is there any medical fitness certificate required at this stage or not and from where we get ? 
Ans There is no need of medical fitness certificate at this initial stage of Recruitment process but ppsc will ask for your medical fitness certificate if u got selected as lecturer nd will joined lecturership. Medical fitness is necessary for all govt jobs including Education departments.

Q: 17 More than some days or few months from age limit can apply or not???
Ans: The age, qualifications, experience and other credentials etc. of the Candidates shall be taken up to the Closing Date fixed for such post.

Q:18 Acceptance of Equivalent Qualifications ?
The equivalence of foreign and local academic qualifications as laid down by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C), Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (P.M.D.C), Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C) or other Competent Committee/Authority and Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee (QEDC) duly approved by the Administrative Department shall be accepted by the Commission as final.
In case a candidate claims that his/her qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, he/she will be required to submit equivalence of his/her qualification issued by the Competent Authority at the time of interview or whenever asked by the commission. If a candidate fails to submit Equivalence Certificate issued by the Competent Authority at the time of interview or whenever asked by the commission, his/her candidature shall be cancelled.

Q:19 How many times we applied for ppsc lecturership? 
U can apply maximum three-time for each separate post. U can also Eligible to apply. For different subjects as well.

Q:20 Results waiting can apply or not? 
If your final results announced before 10 July then u r eligible, try to get your DMC as soon as possible, if u didn’t get DMC before 10 July still u r eligible nd can apply but anyone whose results will be announced after 10 July will not be eligible.you must know abt your obtained marks cpga, results declared to date,e,

Q:21 is there any method to check how many chances you availed?
There is no such method or options on officials website’s where u can know abt availed chance, its ur own responsibility to remember how many times u have applied for a lecturer in previously. links floating on different pages is not for this purpose which is used to find out application number. Not for chance availed.

Ans: List of Equivalent qualification is available on the website of HEC. Candidate can seek help from Higher Education Department for the purpose.

Ans Yes They can Apply For Journalism but equivalent degree certificate required at the time of interview
